Ingredients
Single portion- 1 roll Cuban bread (or soft baguette)
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 70 g Roast pork (mojo style if possible)
- 70 g Deli ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4–6 Dill pickle slices
- 1 tbsp Butter (softened)
Instructions
- Step 1: Split bread; spread mustard on both sides. Layer roast pork, ham, Swiss, and pickles.
- Step 2: Butter the outside. Press on a plancha or in a heavy skillet under a weight over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is crisp and cheese melts.
- Step 3: Slice on the bias and serve hot.
