  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Melted butter
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 tsp Lime zest
  • for topping Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Step 2: Bake crust 8–10 minutes; cool slightly.
  3. Step 3: Whisk yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour into warm crust.
  4. Step 4: Bake 10–12 minutes until tiny bubbles appear at the surface. Cool, then chill at least 3 hours until set.
  5. Step 5: Top with whipped cream before serving.
