Ingredients
Family portion- 4 rolls Cuban bread (or soft baguette)
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 280 g Roast pork (mojo style if possible)
- 280 g Deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 24 Dill pickle slices
- 4 tbsp Butter (softened)
Instructions
- Step 1: Split bread; spread mustard on both sides. Layer roast pork, ham, Swiss, and pickles.
- Step 2: Butter the outside. Press on a plancha or in a heavy skillet under a weight over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is crisp and cheese melts.
- Step 3: Slice on the bias and serve hot.
