Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients: Cuban bread (or soft baguette) (1 roll), Yellow mustard (1 tbsp), Roast pork (mojo style if possible) (70 g), Deli ham (70 g), Swiss cheese (2 slices), Dill pickle slices (4–6), Butter (softened) (1 tbsp)
Step 1: Split bread; spread mustard on both sides. Layer roast pork, ham, Swiss, and pickles.
Step 2: Butter the outside. Press on a plancha or in a heavy skillet under a weight over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is crisp and cheese melts.
Step 3: Slice on the bias and serve hot.
